Strategic Acceleration Session (1 day)
€5,000 excluding VAT and travel expenses

For many organisations this session becomes the starting point of a broader collaboration.

Acceleration Programme
€15,000 – €25,000

Depending on the situation, this may include:

• additional strategic sessions with the leadership team
• strengthening decision making and leadership roles
• implementing a management operating rhythm
• strategic advisory or temporary executive support
